


Sheet Pan Ravioli, Sausage, & Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 pound ground Italian sausage
- 10 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- Place the peppers, onions, and tomatoes on the pan. Crumble the sausage all around. Place the frozen ravioli on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle on Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until everything is cooked through.
- While still hot, stir in the parmesan cheese, and top with fresh parsley.


Sheet Pan Philly Cheesesteaks
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 6 hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the oil, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and brown sugar.
- Add the veggies and steak to the bowl, and mix, massaging the sauce into the meat.
- Spread on a sheet pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until steak is cooked and veggies are tender.
- Place slices of provolone cheese on top, and place back in the oven for a minute to melt. Serve on toasted rolls.


Sheet Pan Baked Taquitos
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 4 oz can diced green chiles (or 1/2 cup salsa)
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (monterey jack, cheddar, pepper jack, etc.)
- 12 6 inch flour tortillas
- oil and salt, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, chiles, spices, lime juice, cilantro, green onions, garlic. Stir in the chicken and cheeses.
- If your tortillas are cool, warm them for 15 seconds in the microwave to prevent splitting. Spoon 2-3 TBSP. of filling into the center of each tortilla. Tightly roll up and place on a parchment lined sheet pan.
- Brush oil on the tops of each taquito (or use cooking spray). Sprinkle salt on the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.


Sheet Pan Lemon Herb Crusted Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 pound salmon filets
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 Tablespoons butter, melted
Creamy Dill Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons mayo
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and carrots with the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, thyme, dill and pepper.
- Spread on sheet pan and bake 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the panko, garlic cloves, parsley, lemon zest, parmesan, and melted butter.
- Place salmon on sheet pan, and press breadcrumb mixture on top.
- Bake an additional 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- To make the dill sauce, combine all of the ingredients and serve with the potatoes and carrots!


Sheet Pan Crispy Ranch Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4-5 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 Tablespoons ranch seasoning, divided
- 4 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 pound green beans
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut potatoes in half or quarters, and toss in 3 TBSP. of the butter, 1 TBSP. ranch powder, salt, pepper, and 2 TBSP. parmesan. Spread on the sheet pan and roast 10 minutes.
- Combine the flour and egg. On a plate, combine the breadcrumbs, 2 TBSP. ranch, and 2 TBSP. parmesan. Dredge the pork chops in the egg mixture, then breadcrumbs. Place on sheet pan.
- Mix the green beans with 1 TBSP. butter and salt and pepper. Place next to the pork chops. Roast 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
