Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the oil, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and brown sugar.
Add the veggies and steak to the bowl, and mix, massaging the sauce into the meat.
Spread on a sheet pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until steak is cooked and veggies are tender.
Place slices of provolone cheese on top, and place back in the oven for a minute to melt. Serve on toasted rolls.
