In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, chiles, spices, lime juice, cilantro, green onions, garlic. Stir in the chicken and cheeses.
If your tortillas are cool, warm them for 15 seconds in the microwave to prevent splitting. Spoon 2-3 TBSP. of filling into the center of each tortilla. Tightly roll up and place on a parchment lined sheet pan.
Brush oil on the tops of each taquito (or use cooking spray). Sprinkle salt on the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
