Homemade Fruit Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh fruit
- 1-2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2-4 TBSP honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree.
- Preheat oven to the lowest temperature setting, about 200 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture out into a very even layer. Bake for 3-6 hours, or until no longer tacky to the touch and wrinkly.
- *Tip* If you think it's done, try to peel the corner up. If it comes up easily, it's ready. If it sticks, give it another 30 minutes.
