In this video, I’m sharing easy, single-serve desserts you can make in a mug with simple pantry ingredients. No mixers, no leftovers, and no sharing required. These quick desserts are perfect for late-night cravings, small households, or when you just want something sweet right now.


Brownie for One
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP butter
- 2 TBSP semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 TBSP brown sugar + 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 2 TBSP flour
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the microwave. Add in the chocolate chips and stir until melted. Microwave a few seconds if needed.
- Stir in the egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour.
- Microwave about 45 seconds.


Chocolate Chip Cookie for One
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP melted butter
- 1 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- 2 TBSP chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a mug or ramekin.
- Add in the vanilla and egg yolk. Stir.
- Stir in the flour, cornstarch, and chocolate chips.
- Microwave 35-40 seconds.


Sugar Cookie for One
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP butter, melted
- 1 1/2 TBSP sugar
- 1/2 TBSP brown sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3 TBSP flour
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- sugar for the top
Instructions
- Combine the butter, sugars and salt in a mug or ramekin.
- Stir in the egg yolk and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour and cornstarch. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Microwave 40-50 seconds.


Rice Krispie Treat for One
Ingredients
- 1/2 TBSP butter, melted
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2-3/4 cup cereal of choice
Instructions
- Add the marshmallows to the melted butter in a mug or ramekin. Microwave 30 seconds.
- Mix until completely melted. Stir in cereal. Eat out of bowl, or press into a square on a plate.
