Ingredients
  

  • 2 TBSP butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 TBSP sugar
  • 1/2 TBSP brown sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3 TBSP flour
  • 1 TBSP cornstarch
  • sugar for the top

Instructions
 

  • Combine the butter, sugars and salt in a mug or ramekin.
  • Stir in the egg yolk and vanilla.
  • Stir in the flour and cornstarch. Sprinkle with sugar.
  • Microwave 40-50 seconds.
