Today I am showing you how to make the softest, chewy chocolate chip cookies that go from frozen to freshly baked- no thawing required! No more wishing you had the time to whip up a batch of fresh cookies when a craving hits or company comes. You’ll never have to buy store bought dough again!

Freezer Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar, until combined.
- Add in the eggs, and stir. Then add in the vanilla. Mix, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl in between.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add into the wet mixture until a dough is formed.
- Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Scoop the cookies out (I use a 4 TBSP scoop) onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze on the pan, then transfer cookie dough balls to a zip top bag or air tight container.
- To Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cookies 2 inches apart on a sheet pan, and bake from frozen 17-20 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
