
Today we are making my EASY, no churn cookie monster ice cream. This recipe does not require an ice cream machine or stirring, and it is the creamiest, softest ice cream. You can easily turn this recipe into your favorite flavor! A perfect way to kick off summer vacation!


Easy No Churn Cookie Monster Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 2 TBSP vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp blue food coloring
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 15 chocolate chip cookies
- 15 chocolate cream cookies
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the heavy cream, vanilla, and food coloring. Whip until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, and crushed cookies. (Reserve 1/2 cup cookies for the top).
- Pour into a metal loaf pan or airtight container. Top with remaining cookies. Freeze at least 6 hours. Overnight is better!
