No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 20 Oreos, finely crushed
- 5 TBSP butter, melted
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Ganache
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- chopped salted peanuts
Instructions
- Combine the oreos and the melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream and vanilla. Whip until you reach stiff peaks. Fold into the peanut butter mixture. Spread into the chilled crust.
- Heat the heavy cream until steaming. Pour onto chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit 5 minutes to melt, and stir. If needed, microwave 15 seconds at a time until smooth. Spread on top of the pie. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
- Chill at least 4 hours, or overnight to allow to set.
