No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 20 Oreos, finely crushed
  • 5 TBSP butter, melted
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Chocolate Ganache

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • chopped salted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Combine the oreos and the melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream and vanilla. Whip until you reach stiff peaks. Fold into the peanut butter mixture. Spread into the chilled crust.
  • Heat the heavy cream until steaming. Pour onto chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit 5 minutes to melt, and stir. If needed, microwave 15 seconds at a time until smooth. Spread on top of the pie. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
  • Chill at least 4 hours, or overnight to allow to set.
