Trying the Viral Picklewich Sandwich!

A plate of sliced green and yellow dish layered with chicken and leafy greens, with a person making a thoughtful gesture next to it and the text 'Magical or Meh?!' above.

Today we are trying the VIRAL picklewich sandwich that I’ve seen all over social media. If you are a pickle lover, you will go crazy for this sandwich. Instead of bread, we’re making crispy sheets of pickles and cheddar cheese to serve our favorite sandwich toppings on! This is super quick and easy to make, and so unbelievably decadent and delicious. While this sandwich is great for anyone who loves pickles, it is especially great for those on a keto or low carb diet!
