Homemade McChicken Sandwiches

Today we are making the McDonald’s McChicken Sandwich at home! These are not only super easy to make, but heathier than the fast food version. While they are still fried, since we are making them from scratch we are controlling the ingredients that go into them, and it will definitely save you some calories, too! These McChicken’s are tender, juicy, with a super crispy, crunchy coating, served on a soft bun with crisp lettuce and creamy mayo. They also freeze really well for a super quick lunch or dinner!
