
Today we are making the juiciest grilled BBQ chicken! Layers upon layers of flavor are made by brining the chicken in beer, seasoning with a sweet and smoky rub, grilling and basting with your favorite BBQ sauce. Perfect for any summer dinner or get together, and so easy to do!


The Juiciest Grilled BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast (or desired chicken pieces)
- 16 ounces beer
- 1 TBSP salt
- 3 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Combine the beer and salt. Add the chicken pieces and brine for 20 minutes, to 2 days.
- Pat dry. Combine the brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle all over the chicken and rub in.
- Preheat grill, griddle, or skillet with some oil over medium high heat. Add chicken. Cook 3-5 minutes. Flip, and brush with BBQ sauce. Grill an additional 3-5 minutes. Brush with BBQ sauce. Flip one more time for 1 minute, and serve.
