1TBSPsalt
3TBSPbrown sugar
1 1/2tspchili powder
1 1/2tspcumin
1 1/2tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1 1/2tspsmoked paprika
1/2tspblack pepper
2cupsBBQ sauce
Instructions
Combine the beer and salt. Add the chicken pieces and brine for 20 minutes, to 2 days.
Pat dry. Combine the brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle all over the chicken and rub in.
Preheat grill, griddle, or skillet with some oil over medium high heat. Add chicken. Cook 3-5 minutes. Flip, and brush with BBQ sauce. Grill an additional 3-5 minutes. Brush with BBQ sauce. Flip one more time for 1 minute, and serve.
