Baked Shrimp Po Boys with Creamy Pineapple Slaw

Today we are making my baked shrimp po boys with creamy pineapple slaw. These sandwiches are so indulgent and satisfying, while also being lighter and more refreshing than a fried version. It is quick and easy to bake these shrimp, and you won’t believe how crunchy and tender they are. Topped with a sweet, creamy slaw on a warm, toasty roll.
