Turkey Cheese Platter
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound block cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1/2 pound block colby jack cheese, sliced
- 1/2 pound pepperoni
- 1 cheese ball
- round butter crackers
- candy eyes
- pretzel twists
Instructions
- On a platter or serving tray, make rows, alternating between cheddar cheese, colby jack cheese, and pepperoni, making a semi circle design to represent the turkey's feathers.
- Place the cheese ball in the center. Place a round cracker in the top to form the head.
- Place 2 pieces of pretzel in the bottom to form feet.
- Place the candy eyes on the cracker. Use a small piece of cheese for the beak, and a small piece of pepperoni for the snood.
- Serve with crackers.

Pumpkin Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 8 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 TBSP finely chopped green onions
- 1/8 tsp salt and pepper, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- red and yellow food coloring
- green onions cut into thin stems
Instructions
- Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut them in half. Scoop the yolks out of the whites into a separate bowl.
- To the yolks, add the mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add in the food coloring to achieve an orange pumpkin color.
- Pipe the mixture into the egg yolks, and place a green onion on top to make a stem.

Cranberry Jalapeno Dip
Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely diced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lime juice
- salt and pepper
- 14.5 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix in the lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Fold in the jalapenos and green onions. (I like to do this a few hours in advance to let the flavors meld).
- Spread on a serving plate, and top with cranberry sauce. Serve with crackers.

Sweet Potato Casserole Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- sweet potato chips
Instructions
- In a heat proof ramekin, combine the sour cream and the marshmallow fluff. Place under the broiler for a few minutes, or use a brulee torch to brown the top. Serve with sweet potato chips.
