If you’ve been looking for a snack that;s healthy, satisfying, and doesn’t require turning on your oven, you’ve come to the right place! These no bake granola bars are completely customizable. They’re perfect for lunchboxes and so easy, you’ll be making them every week!

No Bake Granola Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup nut butter (sun butter is great for nut free schools)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or any desired mix ins)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. Combine the oats and mix ins.
  • Combine the nut butter and honey. Heat either in the microwave or in a pan over the stove, just until warmed and thinned out. Stir in the vanilla.
  • Pour over the oats, and stir until completely combined. Press into the pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into 10-12 bars.
