
Today we’re back with another magical movie menu- Lilo and Stitch! We LOVE this movie, and with the live action movie being released this week, I knew I had to make a menu for our family movie night. We will be making Pudge’s Peanut Butter Sandwich Skewers, Lilo’s Pepperoni Pizzas, Mr. Bubble’s Lemonade & Experiment 626, David’s Kalua Pork Sliders, Nani’s Sweet Potato Fries, and Stitch’s Chocolate Coconut Cakes.

Pudge’s Peanut Butter Sandwich Skewers
Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 2-3 TBSP peanut butter
- 4-5 large strawberries
- wooden skewers
Instructions
- Spread the peanut butter on the slices of bread and make 2 sandwiches. Cut the crusts off, and cut into 1 inch cubes.
- Cut the strawberries into 1 inch pieces.
- Alternate the sandwich pieces and strawberries on the wooden skewers.


Lilo’s Pepperoni Pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 tube roll out pizza dough (or a large pizza dough)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut small circles out of the pizza dough. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce on the dough, and top with cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.


Mr. Bubble’s Lemonade/ Experiment 626
Ingredients
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce blue curacao
Instructions
- Serve lemonade over ice alone for Mr. Bubble's Lemonade.
- To make the Experiment 626, add the vodka and blue curacao to the lemonade.


Nani’s Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 2-3 large sweet potatoes, peeled (optional)
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 TBSP olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch wedges. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, combine the cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes in the bowl to coat.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on parchment lined baking sheet.. Drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping half way in between. Serve with Kalua pork sliders.


David’s Kalua Pork Sliders
Ingredients
- 6-8 pound pork shouldere
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/2 TBSP liquid smoke
- BBQ sauce, for serving
- Hawaiian slider rolls
Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Sprinkle salt all over the outside of the pork.
- Combine the water, brown sugar, soy sauce, and liquid smoke. Pour all around the pork shoulder, making sure to not wash the salt off.
- Cook on high for 7-8 hours, or on low for 10-11 hours.
- Shred, and serve with BBQ and place on slider rolls.


Stitch’s Chocolate Coconut Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix, made into cupcakes according to package directions
- 1 tub vanilla frosting
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 18 maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry
Instructions
- To decorate the chocolate cupcakes, spread the vanilla frosting on the tops. Sprinkle on some coconut, and top with a maraschino cherry.
