BBQ sauce, for serving
Hawaiian slider rolls
Instructions
Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Sprinkle salt all over the outside of the pork.
Combine the water, brown sugar, soy sauce, and liquid smoke. Pour all around the pork shoulder, making sure to not wash the salt off.
Cook on high for 7-8 hours, or on low for 10-11 hours.
Shred, and serve with BBQ and place on slider rolls.
