Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash the potatoes, and dry thoroughly.
Coat the potatoes in oil, and sprinkle with salt. Rub into the skins. Place on a foil lined sheet pan with a wire rack. Bake for 1 hour.
Split the potatoes. Scoop some of the potatoes from the sides. Add a pat of butter and a sprinkle of salt. Gently stir. Bake an additional hour.
