lean ground beef, cooked and drained

bell pepper, diced

can diced tomatoes

salsa

can corn, drained

black beans, drained

taco seasoning

chicken or vegetable broth

shell pasta, uncooked

cup
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream, chives, cilantro for serving
Instructions
Place the cooked ground beef into the slow cooker. Season with taco seasoning.
Add the tomatoes, salsa, corn, bell pepper, and broth.
Cook on low 5-6 hours, or high 2-3 hours.
Add in the pasta, and cook 30 minutes more. (Check at 15 minutes to ensure it doesn't overcook)
Stir in the cheddar cheese. Serve with sour cream or any other desired toppings!
