meatballs (frozen or homemade)

pineapple chunks, drained

BBQ sauce
1/4
cup
soy sauce
1/4
cup
brown sugar

TBSP
rice wine vinegar

TBSP
grated ginger
3
cloves
garlic, minced
chives, for garnish
rice, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Place the meatballs and pineapple chunks into the slow cooker.
In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar ,ginger, and garlic. Pour over the meatballs.
Cook on high 2-3 hours, or low 5-6 hours.
Serve over rice, and garnish with chives.
