Slow Cooker Hawaiian Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds meatballs (frozen or homemade)
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP rice wine vinegar
  • 1 TBSP grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • chives, for garnish
  • rice, for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place the meatballs and pineapple chunks into the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar ,ginger, and garlic. Pour over the meatballs.
  • Cook on high 2-3 hours, or low 5-6 hours.
  • Serve over rice, and garnish with chives.
