4-6smallbags of chips (I use Quest Protein Nacho Chips)
shredded cheese, salsa, lettuce, Greek yogurt or sour cream, pickled jalapenos (and any other desired toppings)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain, if necessary. Sprinkle on taco seasoning and add a few Tablespoons water. Cook for a few minutes, or until thickened.
To assemble, open the bags of chips and scoop the meat right on top. Add desired toppings, and serve!
