1poundhot dogs or smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch rounds
1onion, chopped
4-5potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
2TBSPoil or bacon grease
1tsppaprika
1tspgarlic powder
1TBSPWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Rinse the potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
In a large pot, saute the onions in oil or bacon grease until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the hot dogs and cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Stir in the potatoes and 1/2 cup water or broth. Simmer. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire.
