In a pot over medium high heat, bring the stock to a boil. Add the pastina, and cook for 6-7 minutes. After 2 minutes of cooking, add in the peas.
Remove from heat, and add half the lemon zest, the lemon juice, butter, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Serve with more parmesan and remaining lemon zest for garnish.
