kale, destemmed and torn into pieces
drizzle of oil
sprinkle of salt

shredded cabbage, chopped
1/4

roasted salted almonds, finely diced
Dressing
1/2
cup
olive oil

apple juice

TBSP
vinegar

TBSP
maple syrup

tsp
mustard
salt
Instructions
Place the kale in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and a sprinkle of salt. Massage to soften the kale. Add the cabbage.
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a jar. Blend to combine.
Pour some of the dressing on the kale, as much as desired. Sprinkle with almonds.
