Jelly of the Month Club Dip

In honor of Clark's Jelly of the Month Club certificate. Sweet and spicy pepper jelly over a goat cheese blend.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup pepper jelly
  • 1 Tablespoon diced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, and salt. Whip together with a whisk or hand mixer.
  • Spread into a small grease casserole dish.
  • Spread the pepper jelly on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until melted and bubbling.
  • Sprinkle chives on top.
