Halloween Swirl Brownies
These brownies are swirled with orange cheesecake and perfect for Halloween!
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix, made according to package directions (not baked)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- orange food coloring
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and orange food coloring. Using a hand mixer, blend until smooth.
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the brownie mix in the pan, reserving 1/4 cup of the batter.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture on top. Dollop the remaining brownie mix on top, and use a knife to swirl the layers together.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
