In a large bowl, combine the eggs, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and spices. The dough should be sticky but moldable (like meatballs).
Form into golf ball sized balls.
Heat the marinara sauce in a pot over medium heat until simmering. Drop the egg balls into the sauce. Cook for 15 minutes, then turn over and cook an additional 10 minutes. (Add water to the sauce if it becomes too thick).
Serve with additional parmesan cheese and parsley.
