Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium low heat. Whisk until smooth.
Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cover with a lid, and allow to cool.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
