Place puff pastry on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush the egg wash all along the edges.
Sprinkle the cheese on top. If you want over easy eggs, make 4 little nests in the cheese and crack the eggs in. If using scrambled, cook the eggs until soft and sprinkle on top.
Add the bacon and asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
