  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk, divided
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Using a ghost cookie cutter, cut out as many shapes as you can (about 16).
  • On half of the cut outs, use a small piping tip to make eyes and a larger piping tip to make a mouth.
  • On the cutouts without faces, place a dollop of blueberry pie filling, making sure you leave an edge to seal.
  • Brush water around the outside and place the cutouts with faces on top. Use a fork around the outside to seal.
  • Brush 1 Tablespoon of milk on top of the ghost pies, and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes, or until golden and puffy.
  • In a small bowl, combine the confectioners sugar, 1 Tablespoon of milk, and lemon juice. Brush all over the cooled Boo-berry pies!
