Boo-Berry Hand Pies
These cute hand pies are filled with blueberry, and topped with a sweet lemon glaze!

Ingredients

sheets
puff pastry, thawed

cup
blueberry pie filling
1
cup
confectioners sugar

Tablespoons
milk, divided
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Using a ghost cookie cutter, cut out as many shapes as you can (about 16).
On half of the cut outs, use a small piping tip to make eyes and a larger piping tip to make a mouth.
On the cutouts without faces, place a dollop of blueberry pie filling, making sure you leave an edge to seal.
Brush water around the outside and place the cutouts with faces on top. Use a fork around the outside to seal.
Brush 1 Tablespoon of milk on top of the ghost pies, and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes, or until golden and puffy.
In a small bowl, combine the confectioners sugar, 1 Tablespoon of milk, and lemon juice. Brush all over the cooled Boo-berry pies!
