Today we are making my Regal Eagle BBQ Burger, inspired by the EPCOT restaurant in Disney World. A juicy burger topped with garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, BBQ pulled pork, served on Texas toast, and onion rings. This is a show stopping burger that’s perfect for grilling season!

Regal Eagle BBQ Burger

- 1 pound ground beef (or 4 burger patties)
- 8 slices frozen garlic Texas Toast
- 1 bag frozen onion rings
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup BBQ pulled pork (recipe linked below)
Garlic Aioli
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine the aioli ingredients in a small bowl, and set aside.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Texas Toast and onion rings, according to package directions.
- Grill the burgers about 3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Heat up the BBQ pork on the grill for a few minutes, and drizzle with more BBQ sauce, if needed.
- To assemble the burgers, spread the aioli on all of the toast pieces. Place lettuce and tomato on the bottom pieces. Top with burger and BBQ pork. Top with remaining toast, and an onion ring.
