These cheddar bay biscuits are just like the famous ones that you can get at Red Lobster. They are so addicting- I bet you can’t eat just one! Super soft, flaky, buttery, cheesy, and garlicky. They pair well with everything, and are very quick and easy to make!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- For the Topping:
- 3 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt in a large bowl. 3. Pour the buttermilk and butter over the dry ingredients. Stir to combine. 4. Gently fold in the cheddar cheese until combined. 5. Using a 1/4 cup, scoop the batter onto the sheet pan. 6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden. 7. Combine the butter, parsley, and garlic powder, and brush over the warm biscuits. 8. Enjoy while still warm!
