Cosmic Ray’s Triple B Burger | Copycat Recipe

Today we are making a very unique and indulgent burger from Disney World’s Magic Kingdom: The Triple B Burger from Cosmic Ray’s. It is a burger topped with bacon, Cherry Cola BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese spread, and fried onions on a brioche bun. Perfect for summer grilling!

A unique, indulgent burger from Magic Kingdom. A burger with bacon, cherry cola bbq sauce, fried onions, and cheese spread on a brioche bun. It is irresistible, and perfect for summer grilling!

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 7.5 oz can cherry cola
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 12 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup fried onions (the ones they sell in bags/cans)
  • 6-8 burger patties, cooked to your liking
  • Brioche buns

Directions

  1. To make the Cherry Cola BBQ sauce: Combine the ketchup, cola, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt and pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until boiling and thick, about 10 minutes. 2. To make the Cheddar Cheese Spread: In a food processor, combing the mayo, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. 3. To assemble the burgers, spread some of the cheddar spread onto the bottom bun. Top with the burger patties, and spoon on some of the BBQ sauce. Top that with bacon. On the top bun, spread a little more of the BBQ sauce and top with some fried onions.
