Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large pan, sear the sausage for a few minutes, or until golden brown.
Combine the brown sugar, BBQ, honey, Dijon, garlic, crushed red pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Toss the sausage and pineapple into the sauce.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway in between.
Place a piece of sausage and piece of pineapple on toothpicks. Serve.
