baby spinach, chopped

jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

cup
onion, finely diced

cloves
garlic, minced

ounces
cream cheese, cubed

cup
sour cream
1 1/2
cups
shredded mozzarella
1/2
cup
parmesan cheese
1/2
teaspoon
fresh black pepper
Instructions
In a greased slow cooker, add all ingredients and stir to combine.
Cook on low for about 2 hours, or high for 1 hour. Stir, and cook an additional 15 minutes if cheese is not melted.
Serve warm. (We like to eat it with tortilla chips and veggies!).
