3russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch fries

1tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
1/2tspgarlic powder
Sauce
1packetbrown gravy mix
1/2cupwater
1/2cupheavy cream
1/2TBSPblack pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Soak the potatoes for 30 minutes in cold water. Drain, and pat dry.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Toss the fries in oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine all of the meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Form into golf ball sized meatballs.
Turn the oven up to 425 degrees. Turn the fries, and push to one side of the pan. Add the meatballs, and cook an additional 30 minutes.
To make the sauce, combine the gravy packet with water and heavy cream. Whisk, and cook for 1 minute (or according to package directions). Add in the black pepper. Serve on the side of the meatballs and fries.
