Mummy Brie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • 2 TBSP fruit jam or preserves
  • 1 egg, for egg wash
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Lay the puff pastry out on a cutting board. Place the brie in the center.
  • Cut a thin piece off the top of the brie. Spread the jam on top, and replace the top of the brie.
  • Cut a square in the top and bottom center of the puff pastry, and fold on top of the brie. Cut a bunch of skinny strips from the side pieces of pastry. Fold and wrap all over the brie in different directions.
  • Brush with egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and melted.
  • Add candy eyes on top!
