Lay the puff pastry out on a cutting board. Place the brie in the center.
Cut a thin piece off the top of the brie. Spread the jam on top, and replace the top of the brie.
Cut a square in the top and bottom center of the puff pastry, and fold on top of the brie. Cut a bunch of skinny strips from the side pieces of pastry. Fold and wrap all over the brie in different directions.
Brush with egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and melted.
