Juicy Oven Baked Meatballs

the most tender, juicy, oven baked meatballs! They are quick and easy and freeze beautifully for fast dinners or appetizers. They are so versatile and work in many different sauces and dishes!

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, mixing gently and not overworking the meat.
Using a Tablespoon sized scoop, make the meatballs and gently roll between your hands. Place on a parchment lined sheet pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on size, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
