Warm the milk to about 100 degrees. Add to the bowl of a stand mixer.
Sprinkle on the yeast a 1 tsp sugar. Mix. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Add the eggs, flour, salt, and 1/3 cup butter to the stand mixer. Stir, and using the dough hook attachment, knead for 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and a towel. Let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Spread the 2 TBSP butter all over the dough. Sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar, and gently press in.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, and pinch the seam together to seal it closed.
Cut into 1 1/2 inch rounds (about 12 rolls). Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, and shape into an oval. Cover, and let rise an additional 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake the buns for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, make the glaze. Combine the honey, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
Once the rolls have cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze on top and serve!
