Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound whole carrots, peeled and trimmed
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 TBSP honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Combine the oil, balsamic, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss the carrots in the sauce.
  • Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway.
